DescriptionRegister of bodies brought to the Funeratory House, Aberdeen, 1920/21 - 1944/45.

The following information is recorded in the register: number, name of deceased, age, sex, last place of abode, date and place of death, time of removal, how disposed of (claimed by or unclaimed, in which case, teacher's name and time when sent to school), date of interment, place of interment. From 1925, an additional running number called 'our number' was also allocated - this probably relates to administration of related files by the University's Anatomy Department.
