DescriptionAgreement signed by thirty-two noblemen and heritors of Aberdeenshire by which they consent to the imposition of a tax on wine, beer, brandy and strong waters sold within the burgh of Aberdeen as granted in favour of its magistrates to assist them to meet public debts contracted during the 'late troubles', by Letters Patent from the Crown signed at Windsor Castle on 18 August 1675.
