Volume 1 includes Sections I and II - an Introduction and Project Description, and Instructions to Bidders incorporating Scope of Work and Contract Conditions. Volume 2 is a large volume containing Section III , the Design Basis, detailing the specifications against which the platform was to be constructed. The table of contents included in each volume states that the Design Basis was itself presented in two volumes, but it appears that these are both included in Volume 2. An additional section, Section IV, General Narrative Specifications, produced in four volumes, is not available. |
