The collection contains a series of charters of the family of Innes of Blackhills, the will of Giles Ædie, Lady Skene, documents on the landholdings of the family of Duff of Drummuir, and correspondence on business and military matters of the Sutors of Marcassie. It also includes a correspondence between the Earl of Fife and Col. James Seton on a debt due to Seton as the surviving representative of the family of the Earls of Dunfermline.
