| Description | Collection of letters and papers about arrangements for the Royal Society of Edinburgh Biomedical Research Seminar on 'Quantitative Imaging in vivo'. Professor Mallard gave the lead paper entitled 'Quantitative imaging in vivo. Why? What is being done now? What are some of the problems? What may the future be?' which was published in the Clinical Physics and Physiological Measurement, Special Issue, volume 11, supplement A, 1990 and also the summing up. The 'summing up' is in the same journal as MS 3819/1/222/1. There is a handout for Professor Mallard's paper and a receipt from the librarian for the Royal college of Physicians of Edinburgh acknowledging the receipt of a copy of the Journal.
