| Description | A group of papers under the title 'Medical Imaging: A tool of our destiny' which includes a letter of confirmation dated 10 June 1987 from Professor Takenobu Kamada, Professor of Medicine, Osaka University Medical School to Professor Mallard confirming his contribution to the International Symposium "Future of, and Education for, the High Technology in Medicine' which was being held as part of the activity for the 50th anniversary commemmoration of Osaka University, Japan. There is also a letter dated 21 June 1987 to confirm delivery of 10 copies of the presentation published in 'The 50th Anniversary Commemmoration of Osaka University , Osaka, 1987.'This letter has a handwritten note from Professor Mallard "my last copy of the complete book sent to Takechi ~, March 13 1990 for Japan Prize submission. Mrs Parry has the very last one." A copy of the proceedings of the commemmoration entitled 'The 50th Anniversary Commemmoration of Osaka University , Osaka, 1987'is included. Finally a photocopied sheet with extract from a paper or other writing by M.L.Weisfeldt with highlighted area acknowledging Professor Mallard's work with Free radicals and oxygen injury.
