| Description | Communication in New Scientist and article in The Times:
The communication in the new New Scientist is responding to a previous article in the New Scientist entitled 'NMR enthusiasts may be jumping the gun' (This Week, 26 March, p.792) and was sent by John Mallard and Francis Smith, University of Aberdeen. The communication was printed in the New Scientist , 11 June 1981. Handwritten note at bottom of the photocopy stating "Please box and number as normal reprint" and a list of names to send a copy to: Dr Howie, Mr Jackson, Stuart Orr, Raymond Andrew, Dr F Smith, Mr R Davis, Mr D Smart, Dr Hutchinson, Dr Eastwood and Dr Stocking.
The article in The Times was entitled 'Science Report: A new aid in the fight against cancer' by Pearce Wright, Thursday 18 June 1981.
