| Description | Guest of Honour talk recorded by the Australian Broadcasting Commission and broadcast on 30 October 1977 given by Professor Mallard. Professor Mallard was in Australia to accept an Honorary Fellowship to the Australasian College of Physical Scientists in Medicine and as the guest overseas lecturer at the 17th conference in Physics and Engineering in Medicine and Biology in Brisbane. He visited Australia between 23 August -13 September. Talk published in Australian Physical Sciences in Medicine, Vol.1, No. 1, November 1977 under title 'ABC Guest of Honour'. In Professor Mallard's own catalogue listed as being published in the Health Protection Agency Bulletin, August 1978, 50-55 and Aberdeen Postgraduate Medical Bulletin, 12, 3, 1978,26-28 but neither of these two publications were found.
