Provides details of the date, name of safety operator, hours of duty, time and description of any occurrence, account of routine duties such as flights, and other duties, which usually includes safety tours for new arrivals and equipment checks. Includes memoranda, some annotated, most of which are covering letters for the safety report. One theft report form included, dated October 1983, giving details of items stolen, when and where last seen and actions taken. |
