DescriptionThe Operability and Safety Audit to assess the safety situation on board the platform, the first undertaken since the platform had gone not-normally-manned. All areas are covered, from the accuracy and completeness of the policy manuals and the adequacy of inspection procedures to the structural integrity of the platform. The report comprises of the following chapters: Management Summary, detailing the audit participants, schedule, process and key findings; Audit Assessment summarising the findings of the audit at a high level; Annexes, containing the supporting documentation, such as organigrams, and the audit checklist; and Detail Audit Cards which detail the current situation and where the situation is unsatisfactory, make recommendations for improvements. With annotated post-it notes commenting on the text. Includes some overhead transparancies summarising the audit for a presentation and summarised audit cards showing the recommendations and actions taken in response. Also contains some correspondence and memoranda concerning preparations for the audit and discussing its findings.
