| Description | Three copies of the 'Operating and Emergency Procedures Manual', each with distinct annotations and amendments, and a copy of the 'Emergency Procedures Manual', also annotated. The manuals describe the operation, control, inspection and maintenance of the pipelines; define the associated responsibilities; and give the procedures to be followed in event of an unusual incident or emergency. Includes some diagrams, and inserts such as memoranda, notes and letters.
The gas pipelines referred to are not the 32" twin Frigg pipelines, but the smaller pipelines connecting Tartan and Claymore platforms to MCP-01. |
