| Description | Report by Lloyd's Register of Shipping after their inspection of MCP-01, carried out August 2002 to verify that the platform complied with the relevant legislation concerning safety and performance. Areas inspected included Gas and Fire detection, internal and external communications, evacuation and escape facilities, and hydrocarbon containment. Examination findings and any recommendations are given. Includes several pages relevant to the decommissioning work that was then in progress. The terms and conditions of the survey are given on the reverse of the completed forms; these pages were not scanned and are therefore unavailable. This is annotated 'draft copy', although it has been officially stamped by Lloyd's and is unlikely to have differed from the final version. |
