| Description | Letters, minutes, Progress Reports and Certificates of Fitness attesting that MCP-01 meets all statutory requirements. The reports are of the surveys carried out by Lloyd's surveyors. They list the date and type of inspection (electrical, mechanical etc), equipment and areas inspected, and a brief description of the findings with any recommendations or priority jobs. The letters are from Lloyd's, and are predominantly about forthcoming inspections, works to be done, and limitations to the Certificate of Fitness. The Certificates were issued annually once the platform had passed the inspections and were required for the platform to continue to operate. If there are any limitations, these are listed on the Certificate. |
