| Description | Part 1 comprises two volumes, each containing descriptions and flowsheets. It includes general descriptions of the platform, its functions and details of the process gas and utility systems. Each system is described and its purpose explained, with operating parameters where appropriate, with the text supported by engineering drawings and diagrams. There are some Brown & Root and vendor flow diagrams, and electrical schematics where necessary. Its remit does not extend to providing detailed information on equipment or safety procedures.Volume 1 comprises General Descriptions (of the field, the platform and its functions); Process Gas Systems; and the majority of the information concerning Utility Systems. Volume 2 comprises the rest of the Utility Systems (catering, navigational aids and communications) and Brown & Root Reference Drawings. One revision noted, dated May 1977. |
