Hawkins; refers to numerous cases of fistula and treatment, method of dressing woman's breast following removal of 'schirrous knot', treatment of boy with 'fracture on temporis', and surgery by trephine; refers to possibility of Hunter's appointment as accoucheur to Queen, 29 September 1761.
