| Description | William MacLeod Macartney: Series of 39 soft covered notebooks, numbered 1-38 and also 9A, as well as one separate sermon, and marked with dates on covers from 28/2/60 to 3rd Advent 1966. There are also notations on covers indicating special sermons contained in the particular notebook (eg "Stir up", Seven Words from the Cross, Confrontation, Brownies, "I Am" sermons). Notebooks contain handwritten sermons, Orders of Service and other notes, some in pencil and some in ink in Macartney's hand. Some sermons titled and dated. Some marked as preached again later at a wide variety of different locations, mostly in Scotland. |
