DescriptionInstrument of sasine following on a disposition by James Watsone, junior, merchant burgess of Aberdeen, in favour of James Gordon of Seatoun, of the half-net fishing on the River Don above and below the Bridge of Balgounie, on both sides of the river, the towns and lands of Hiltoun and Clubsgovel with the mill and mill-lands of the same, and with the pendicles of these lands called Arreburn, Hauckhilloch, and the fishings pertaining thereto, the lands of Lochills with the lake called lie Bishop’s Loch and the town and lands of Perwinnes and Bodachraw.
