List of names of those debtors who obtained suspension against creditors upon order of his highness and council dated 15th April 1656.

Testament written by Raechel Kirkwood, lady Evelick, 21 November 1691. Endorsed with a note by granter to her brother asking him to pity her and put the testament in form.

Testament of Wiliam Douglas, late provost, of Inveraray. 2nd August 1661.

Account due by William Burnett of Balfour to Andrew Burnett, merchant in Aberdeen, for various items including a fine French hat, a pair of spurs, and bought in London for the major, a sword with a fine silver handle and a fine Spanish toledo blade costing £45. 10s scots, and a horse whip, 1682-3. Endorsed 1688.

Discharges of pay signed by dragoons in Major Burnett's troop, 27th January 1697. Faulkland.

Contract between Captain Wiliam Burnet of Balfour on one part, and George Hume, Hugh Blair and William Blackwood, merchants in Edinburgh anent supply of broad red cloth for 50 cloaks for the captain's troop. 4th November 1690.
