| Description | At the front of the volume a letter, dated 19 September 1900, addressed to Mr Craven [Rector of Kirkwall, Orkney] has been inserted together with a printed extract of two sermons preached at Edinburgh on the 14 and 16 April 1704. A second letter, dated 7 February 1740, written by ? S. J. Clayton, Chaplain of the Collegiate Church in Manchester, and a selection of pamphlets offering religious instruction have been inserted at various points throughout the volume. Undated. |
