| Description | The papers of St Margaret's church, Gallowgate, do not contain any official papers such as sacramental registers or minute books, however they do hold a number of associated records such as the church's magazine, newsletter, photograph albums, drawings and personal papers. The personal papers include a volume relating to St Columba's Oratory that was possibly collected by the Reverend Edwin George Vince. Reverend Vince compiled the 19 photographic albums, which capture and describe images of the church, the local area, Sunday school and Boys Brigade events. The papers also include a small series of drawings of proposed alterations of the church. |
