The surviving records from two phases of the MacDuff mission's existence are held at Portsoy, Turriff and Banff.
The series of material held for St John the Baptist Church, Portsoy comprises registers, meeting papers and financial papers. The collection holds a sacramental register for 1977 - 1911 alongside a register of services for 1985 - 2008. There are three minute books of the church cover 1860 - 1999 and two cash books from 1976 - 1999. These papers also contain material relating to MacDuff mission, which is affiliated with St John the Baptist's church in Portsoy.
