States that 'while venereal disease is obviously a problem with medical aspects, it is primarily a social and moral problem' and stresses the importance of sex education and moral guidance. Also, describes the medical and public health advances since passing of the Public Health Act 1875. Aberdeen's Lord Provost was present at the meeting.
