The letters and answers are taken down according to their dates; and as they appear to have been sent, and received to connect the correspondence; but a letter, wrote by Lord Murkle on death-bed to the Earl of Caithness, is first taken in, as it serves for a key to the correspondence; as also, excerpts of the other letters produced', concerning Murkle settling estate on Lady Dorothea, urging brother Caithness to do same, 1755-1765 (printed);
