Comments and praise for essays on Poetry and Music, Laughter, Classical Learning. Hamilton's son has now finished education, but on behalf of anther youth, Hamilton asks if Beattie take pupils. Not just as preceptor, but also guardian or mentor. Only child, contemplating Bar. Parents have rejected Oxford, Cambridge and Dublin. Can Beattie advise on Aberdeen?
