Administrative History	Robert Foulis [1707-1776]. Printer and bookseller in Glasgow with his brother Andrew. Took Beattie's instructions on the quarto edition of Gray's poem (1768), and Beattie's advice on the folio edition of Paradise Lost (1770)
Description	Pleased with Gray's poems and thanks Beattie for obtaining permission to publish. Sales in Glasgow allow a present for Gray - Folio Homer, or Greek historians in 29 volumes. Now considering edition of Milton.
