[The final sheet containing the abstract is torn and has become detached and at least one sheet of the detailed rental appears to be missing as the figures given therein do not add up to the total in the abstract. A note in pencil signed ? Milne 6/6/73 or ? 23 calls this manuscript 'very early; date uncertain'. The manuscript was probably drawn up in late 18th or early 19th century and before 1847]. 26 pages.
