Morning prayer by James Forbes Leith, 29 August 1857 at start of court book
Following end of court book, prayer and notes from memory of sermon by Dr Paul at Tullynessle on 7 October 1857, a fast day for the Indian Mutinies.

At end of book (reversed): 1739 "Rental of the Lands of Whitehaugh within the parish of Tullynessle Excepting the Mains & such other Lands as are at present in the Heritor's own hands." (3 double pages)
Losse inside back cover: copies of the annual "Resolutions of a General Meeting of the Commissioners of Supply" held in Aberdeen for the years 1767 and 1769 to 1774; 8 items, each 2 to 3 pages printed foolscap. Most docketed "To the Schoolmaster of Tillynessall" [1773: Alford] On the back of the copy for 1774 also a list of books.

Also: "Assignatione Mr Alexr Menzies off Kinmundie to Charles Menzies his Sone 1662. (Privately Printed) (From the Original in the Charter Chest at Whitehaugh)"
