DescriptionExcerpts apparently made (according to endorsement) in 1784 from infeftment of William Baird of Auchmedden in 1709 & from his disposition to Pitfour in 1712. This (on examination) contains excerpts from particular register of sasines at Aberdeen in 1709 respecting infeftment of William Baird of Auchmedden by charter of 9 November 1708 on disposition by Earl Marischal as in instrument of sasine dated 4 July & registered 5 August 1709 - extract quoted relates to lands to which Mr Rose had right [? in 1784].
There follows an excerpt from general Register of dispositions in 1727 from disposition by Wm. Baird of 22 November 1712, registered 18 February 1727 in favour of James Ferguson of Pitfour, advocate, respecting the same lands in parish of Old Deer & lands in parish of Longside.
