Copy (?made in1784) of charter granted on 26 September 1705 by Queen Anne in favour of George, Lord Keith [eldest son of Wm. Keith, 9th Earl Marischal - succeeded his father as 10th Earl Marischal in 1712 but was attainted for taking part in 1715 rebellion) died 1778. In Latin. This lists all the lands etc. held by the Keiths in 1705, patronages, earlier charters, reservations with the consent of the Earl of Kintore. Very lengthy (28 pp.) not fully examined re. entail etc.
