Physical DescriptionThe certificate carries a red wax seal attached to the document by orange and blue ribbons. The motto reads "Tandem Bona Causa Triumphat" and depicts a hand holding a heart with hands coming out of the heart to hold two crossed swords. On the point of the left sword is a crescent moon and on the point of the right hand sword is a fleur de lys. Holding on to the upper parts of each sword are two angels both holding a royal crown over a thistle in the middle of the triangle formed by the upper parts of the swords.
