Administrative History | Adam Thomson, town clerk of Old Aberdeen, was possibly the second son of James Thomson (d.1720), baillie in Old Aberdeen. He may have been the Adam Thomson, bursar and student in Arts at King's College, Aberdeen, from 1699 to 1703, who apparently did not graduate. He died in 1734. The papers may have been collected by his widow and executrix, Mary Walker. |
