Reports safe arrival of consignments of sugar and rum and comments on price changes due to disturbances in St. Domingo. It is rumoured that Pitt is to remove bounty on sugar. A passage had been booked for Gordon’s nephew, Charles Young, in the 'Three Sisters', destination ‘Martha brae’.
