Description	Letter in French from the Council of State of the United Provinces in Utrecht, signed van Langen. To "Your Excellency", stating that as he has commanded certain captains and other officers have been ordered to report to His Excellency at his camp as soon as possible. Endorsement, possibly in Beale's hand: 23o Maij: 1586 The Counsale of Estate, That they send to the Campe all officers etc. by a list inclosed [list not present] The addressee is presumably the Earl of Leicester as Governor-General of the United Provinces.
