DescriptionLetter from William Ogilvie at King's College, Aberdeen, to John Pinkerton, Hampstead, in which he advises Pinkerton of despatch to London for copying of 'Jamieson's picture' along with that of 'Lady Anne Livingston'. He also discusses the whereabouts of Bishop William Elphinstone's 'Memoirs of his own times' and manuscript relating to Scotichronicon in 'Bodileon Liberary' supposed to be by Elphinstone. He notes that he is prepared to send Pinkerton a copy of the King's College foundation charter to be included in his forthcoming book.
