Description | Instrument of sasine by which the Rector of Tullynessle, Master John Walter, grants George Kilgour, lector in Tullynessle, the tenement with garden in the Chanonry lands in Old Aberdeen between the lands of the Hospital of the Blessed Virgin Mary to the west, the King's highway in the south, the lands of the Bishop of Aberdeen to the north, and the land of the Prebendary of Ellon to the east., which had become the private property of Rector of Tullynessle, by a precept of sasine dated 24th October 1664.
