| Administrative History | Rachel Annand Taylor was one of the first women to take a course in arts at Aberdeen University (1894-1897), although she did not graduate. She later moved with her husband, Alexander C. Taylor, to Dundee and then to London. In London she wrote four volumes of poetry over nearly twenty years, as well as three scholarly volumes on the Italian Renaissance and other areas.
