Administrative HistoryMr James Fullerton of Halstead, in the county of Essex, by his will dated 4 January 1692, appointed his lands and houses at Bockin to be sold and the funds invested in lands in Scotland and to be settled upon the Govenors of the College, to support as many scholars as possible.
