| Administrative History | In 1678, Walter Ogilvy of Redhyth, mortified his estate for the education and maintenance of 20 boys. 12 of the boys had to be educated and boarded at the School in Fordyce and 8 at King's College. The ministers of the parishes of Fordyce, Banff, Inverboyndlie, Cullen and Deskford were joined with the Principal and Professors of King's College, in the management of the trust.
