| Description | Charter granted by the eight Chaplains of the College Kirk with consent of the Chancellor, Principal and other masters in favor of Thomas Strachan [Stradauchin] citizen in Old Aberdeen and Agnes Lunan his spouse of that piece of land or croft with the parsonage teinds lying on the east territories of Old Aberdeen betwixt the lands Spittal at the east, the Sandie pot at the west, the common vennall which goes from the said burgh to the tile burn at the north and the said College and lands of the same at the south.
