Description	Instrument of resignation of the sun half of Sclattie and half of the mill thereof, following upon the Prory? Of resignation contained in the disposition above mentioned, granted by the said Mr James Keith with consent of his said father and mother and with consent of the said John Fraser and Margaret Keith in favour of the said Mr James Sandilands of Craibstone; whereby the said sun half is resigned in the hands of the Lords Commissioners of Exchequer in favour and for new infeftment to be given and granted to the said Mr James Sandilands; Mr Robert Mitchelson, Notary thereto.
