| Description | Charter granted by James (1) Earl of Buchan in favor of Thomas (2) Bishop of Aberdeen of an annuity of three pounds Scotts payable furth of the lands of Kintore thirty three shillings four pounds (3) money foresaid out of the lands of Kinellar twenty shillings money foresaid out of the lands Dyce all lying within the Sheriffdom of Aberdeen and of an annuity payable furth of the tenements of Robert Johnston lying in the south-side of the Castlegate of Aberdeen being fourty shillings money foresaid.
