Whereby he ratifies approves and confirms and obliges himself to implement a feu charter of the lands of Dunlugas granted to him by Mr Hector Boyes Principal and other masters of the said College which charter is therein insert verbatim and the feuduty thereof being and the feuduty thereof being six and twenty merks.
