From pages 263-357 notes of lectures by Dr. Cullen, Dr. Whytt and Dr. Rutherford are recorded [pages 335-336 have been torn out]. On page 358 there are notes on a series of lectures on fevers, the first delivered by Dr. Cullen on the 12 April 1757. A detailed index is included after page 394. There follows further notes on clinical cases covering subjects such as smallpox (p.1), dysentery (p.21), continued fever (p.39) and mumps (p.56). An index to these cases is provided after page 71. At the end of the volume there is a copy of McNight's letter to General [Matthew?] on the yellow fever sent from St. Christophers, 26 July 1736, followed by notes on a case of intermittent fever.
