The Board sought reassurance that their co-operation with 'the Aberdeen University Authorities' in supplying subjects for medical examination complied with Section 69 of the Act, which placed a responsibility on Local Authorities to bury unclaimed bodies in a timely manner. The memorandum was endorsed by the Solicitor-General. |
