Administrative History | The son of Robert Danson, James Myers Danson was born in the West Riding of Yorkshire in 1846. He graduated BA from Trinity College, Dublin, in 1875, and MA in 1881. He was appointed minister at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Aberdeen in 1873. He moved to the Episcopal Church in Arbroath in 1880, but in 1881 returned to Aberdeen to be rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. He was awarded a DD by Aberdeen University in 1892. |
