| Description | Petition to the King from Algernon Sydney Esquire (1623 - 1683), contempory copy?Petition deals with his unfair trial for treason. Four letters from Ann Countess of Errol to Mr Fraser (See note): Four Letters from Ann [Drummond] Countess of Errol[l], to Dr Fraser, on the back of the revolution; in which she vindicates herself from having turned Popish and asks Mr Fraser's assistance in procuring liberty for her brother the Earl of Perth, who was then a prisoner in Sterling Castle. February and March 1689 |
