The bundle also includes a series of 18th-century documents mainly consisting of writs of property in Old Aberdeen associated with the names of Principal Chalmers and Mr John Forbes. These are numbered 9 -27 (incomplete): Sasine in favour of Robert Forbes of one half of two tenements and 16 roods of land in Old Aberdeen, 5 December 1696
