| Description | The christmas card dated 13 December 2006 is from Eleanor and Dave Kuhl to Fiona and John Mallard and contains a short letter written by Dave Kuhl. The letter thanks Professor Mallard for his 'generous reference' to Professor Kuhl's early work and thanks him for his review of Aberdeen Imaging History. The article enclosed with the card is entitled 'In vivo Butylcholinesterase is not increased in Alzheimer's disease synapses' by D.E.Kuhl, R.E.Koeppe, S.E.Snyder, *S.Minoshima, **K.A.Frey and M.R.Kilbourn, Division of Nuclear Medicine, Department of Radiology, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, *Division of Nuclear Medicine, Department of Radiology, University of Washington, Seattle and **Department of Neurology, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. This paper was published in the Annals of Neurology, volume 59, number 1, January 2006 and argues that 'in vivo imaging should be a proof-of-the pudding for new therapies'. Professor Kuhl has enscribed at the top of the paper the words "To John Mallard: gifted explorer and good friend, Dave Kuhl"
