This paper was published in Radiology , volume 152, number 1, 1984. There is a small hand written note in pencil by Dr Runge to Professor Mallard on a filing card dated 17 September 1984. This note accompanied two copies of their joint paper which Professor Mallard had requested at their meeting at the New York Magnetic Resonance meeting in August of 1984.
