The three items appear to have become separated fom a larger collection of title deeds relating to the Seaton estate, as they are endorsed with numbered references to the "Seaton Inventory. A Seaton inventory compiled in 1859 is held in the Davidson & Garden collection MS 2769/I/89/2, but lists only later deeds.
